In instances where it would not be practical to remove the gates for servicing or during new installations, the gates have to be fitted prior to the automation, this kit offers an excellent solution. The gates sit on a special shoe arrangement built into the enclosure, enabling the gate to be manually operated. At the time the automation is required, the hydraulic operator can be fitted inside the enclosure to engage with the bearing shaft and operate the gate in its automatic mode. Service and maintenance of the system is also easier with this arrangement as the gate can be left in place while the automation is worked on.
